We're Hiring: Payroll Analyst

Industry: Shared Services / Payroll Operations

Work Location: Klang Valley

We are supporting a client within the shared services industry who is looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations. If you have solid payroll knowledge, strong accuracy in your work, and enjoy working in a structured environment, this role may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll operations.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and contributions to the appropriate authorities.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Generate payroll reports for audits, reviews, and internal use.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in ad hoc projects.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory contributions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Experience working in shared services or regional payroll environments is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
