Partnership & Afilliate Marketing Manager

Job description

Our fast-growing F&B client is seeking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join their team to lead channel growth and improve customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with existing and new channels and platforms to collaborate on campaigns, promotional activities, as well as other initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
  • Conduct evaluation of current platform performance and user behaviours to identify new tactics to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Manage partnership budgets effectively to optimize cost and increase effective performance.
  • Build and maintain close relationships to ensure brand and strategy alignment with channel partners.
  • Prepare monthly reports to review performance and research on new market trends to identify potential partners and market opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience within retail, tech, or similar industries (prior experience working with food, delivery, or ecommerce platforms is an added advantage).
  • Proven track record in partnerships with strong stakeholder management and data analytics skills.
