Order Management Specialist (ANZ Markets)

Job description

Established as a renowned Fortune 500 Shared Services for over many decades in the Pharmaceutical industry, our client is expanding their Supply Chain & Procurement Shared Services functions. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be overlooking order management initiatives within the business.

Job Description:

As a Order Management Specialist looking after ANZ markets, you will:

  • Process and administer maintanence of order management requests and updates through the ERP system via data-keeping and comprehensive validation of requisitions
  • Fulfill order processes by managing all aspects of shipments - invoicing, vendor management, data entry
  • Perform troubleshoot on sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management processes
  • Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow
  • Provide an interface with finance department and manage all contraacting processes and manage all incoming purchase orders from various platform and locations (ANZ markets)
  • Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement projects and prepare reports for request when required.

The Right Candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years working experience within Logistics/Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Able to commit to shift hours.
