Order Management Specialist

Job description

Our client, focused on driving its retail initiatives in an ever-changing environment is looking for a customer-centric, order management representative to contribute and expand their team of Regional deliverables.

Job Description:

As an Order Management Specialist, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Retail team by verifying order placements, processing and refunds in compliance with SLAs

  • Involvement in indirect procurement PO requisition related activities with preferred vendors

  • Prioritize urgency of deliverables and monitor budgets within order cycles

  • Ad-hoc assistance for inventory stock-taking, projects, automation processes

The Right Candidate will possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in administrative/customer centric backgrounds

  • Knowledge in Order Management processes/indirect procurement

  • Initiative to drive continuous improvements for the company

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across functional teams

  • Proficiency in English. Additional language knowledge are added advantages.
