NPI Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading multinational semiconductor company with a strong worldwide footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new product introduction (NPI) for leadframe-based semiconductor packages.
  • Manage design feasibility, FAI, and production ramp-up activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Drive improvements in process, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Utilize ERP systems for project and material management.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years in semiconductor packaging or leadframe development.
  • Experience with FAI, RCA, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and technical documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
