Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain site network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability
• Proactively challenge existing processes within Site Network operations, driving improvements that deliver greater value to the business and its customers
• Implement network automation initiatives to enhance service efficiency and enable greater self-service capabilities for users

Key requirement:

• Strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
