Our Client is a globally renowned MNC Shared Services that are a top leader in its respective industry that prides themselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, integrity, and professional growth. They are currently hiring for a Senior Record to Report Analyst.

You will be responsible for performing high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support the company's strategic decision-making process. The role will involve coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements within the RTR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering, analysing and interpreting financial data to produce insightful reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Lead the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and ensure that all accounts are reconciled accurately.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and potential issues in the financial data
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the RTR function to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the internal controls framework, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, treasury, and AP/AR, to support business requirements.
  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an RTR or financial reporting role preferably within a Shared Services Environment
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
  • Profieciency in ERP softwares and data analysis tools will be an added advantage. (e.g SAP, Oracle, PowerBi)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
