They are currently hiring for a General Ledger / Record to Report Analysts.

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will be responsible for various aspects of the RTR process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow your career in a global environment.

General Job Responsibilities

• In charge of end to end Record to Report accounting Scope
• Maintain accounting records including data entry of complete and accurate data for day to day business transactions.
• Prepare accounting documents and monthly schedules.
• Maintain fixed assets register listing for business units, Execute and ensure depreciation is properly calculated and captured.
• Prepare reconciliations such as bank and debtor/creditor reconciliations
• Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset and intercompany accounts, as well as treasury transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile and analyze various trial balance accounts including, but not limited to, cash accounts, prepaid expenses, other assets, intercompany accounts and miscellaneous accruals.
• Prepare other balance sheet reconciliation to ensure robustness of accounts, and investigate and clear differences on a timely basis.
• Prepare and consolidate (when necessary) month-end & year end financial reports
• Prepare P&L accounts, perform analytical review and trend analysis

Main Requirements

• Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant Accounting experience. (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
• Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.
• SAP, Oracle or relevant ERP knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Shared Services Background / International MNC with regional exposure is prioritized.
• Ability to communicate well in English is a must.
• Candidates with other language expertise are also welcomed to apply. (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese language speakers)
