Our Client is a Global Shared Services Centre that are committed to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions. Their diverse team drives success and growth in a global marketplace, and they are currently hiring for a Finance Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

The role requires proficiency in both Japanese and English, strong analytical and familiarity with accounting software. You will ensure the compliance with company policies and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Oversee the processing of invoices and payments in both Japanese and English.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Propose process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide financial support as needed.
• Liaise with stakeholders in Japan, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing financial processes and systems.
• Implement best practices within the shared services environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain internal controls.
• Support the development of financial policies and procedures.

About you

• Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience. (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
• SAP, Oracle or relevant ERP knowledge is highly advantageous
• Shared Services Background / International MNC with regional exposure is prioritized.
• Ability to communicate well in English and Japanese. (Minimum JLPT N3 required)
