Our Client is a globally renowned Medical and Pharma MNC that are a top leader in its respective industry that prides themselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, integrity, and professional growth. They are currently hiring for a multiple positions which includes - Finance Analyst (Korean Speaker) and Finance Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations by delivering accurate reporting and supporting month-end activities. This includes working closely with the business on financial controls, managing operational finance tasks such as cash collection and payments, and contributing to continuous process improvements across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle month-end activities such as preparing journals and ensuring closing timelines are met.
  • Oversee daily cash inflows, verify bank balances, and maintain accurate tracking.
  • Process payments promptly and with full compliance to internal controls.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial matters are properly managed and resolved.
  • Keep a close eye on outstanding collections and raise concerns when delays arise.
  • Assist with general office-related administrative needs when required.
  • Support additional tasks and projects assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Finance-related role
  • Fluency in Japanese or Korean in written and oral is a must
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and reporting.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work cross-functionally.
