Its core function revolves around trade validation activities to deliver first class trade support, business enablement and accurate trade representation to meet clients' expectations, counterparties and regulators. You will be the product and process subject matter experts aligned to the Global Financial Markets business.

  • Trade life cycling, trade capturing, daily funding cycling and other day-to-day processing, ensuring timely escalation to minimise risk exposure.
  • Partner with new business enablement and solutions deliver to deliver strategic FM initiatives in driving operational readiness.
  • Be the point of contact for Macro Trading and Sales Desks to insulate FM from post execution processing, represent Operations functions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Technology to deliver transformation.
  • Product coverage includes Derivatives - FX Options, Rates & Credit, Fixed Income, Commodities, Equities and FX/MM.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Middle Office Operations with proficient product knowledge on Equity derivatives and Equity Financing products
  • Knowledge in FXO, FX, FXO, Rates, Treasury Market and Rates structured products will be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end trade execution workflow with knowledge in risk and market data.
  • Experience of working within treasury function in trade verification or matching or settlements.
  • Familiarity with trade booking practices, SWIFT payment, reconciliation, and confirmation gateways.
