About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing digital-first brand that combines technology and marketing innovation to deliver exceptional customer experiences within the Retail industry. They are seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to own and optimize their MarTech stack, ensuring seamless integration, accurate tracking, and data-driven performance for their mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

    • Own and manage the MarTech stack (CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation), ensuring platform health, integration, and technical reliability.
    • Implement and maintain tracking standards for app and web, collaborating with engineering to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution.
    • Manage paid media conversion signals and integrations (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions), reconciling platform performance with internal data.
    • Ensure data governance and compliance, including consent handling, suppression rules, and secure management of customer identifiers.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tracking, automation, and data syncs, coordinating with Engineering, BI/Data, and vendors.
    • Evaluate and onboard new marketing technologies, assessing integration feasibility and operational impact while maintaining documentation and QA standards.

Requirements

    • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
    • Comes with around 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in MarTech operations, CRM/CDP management, marketing analytics, or attribution roles with a strong emphasis on data integration and tracking
    • Proficiency in marketing tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Firebase, GTM, Appsflyer/Adjust or other MMPs).
    • Experience with paid media conversion tracking and integrations (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions).
    • Strong technical skills in SQL for data validation, API integrations, and troubleshooting data sync workflows.
    • Ability to debug complex data and measurement issues across multiple systems.
