Marketing Operations Supervisor, APAC

Job description

Be a part of a global industry player in the retail industry, reporting to the Head of Shared Services. You will be responsible for maximising operational efficiency and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure implementation of strategies and targets for operational excellence.
- Lead and oversee execution of marketing activities.
- Assist marketing team with complex inquiries and requests.
- Identify areas for process improvements and devise strategies to improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, and at least 1 year of managerial experience or equivalent. (Prior experience in a regional role is advantageous)
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Has good presentation skills and is able to work in a team.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, additional language(s) will be an added advantage.
