Marketing Manager

Job description

Join our client's team as a Marketing Manager to lead innovative, impactful campaigns within the Consumer Electronics industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product portfolio to drive growth in key categories, ensuring marketing strategies meet local needs.
  • Leverage on local consumer insights to build effective communication and activation strategies.
  • Manage agencies in leading briefs and proposals for effective implementation of marketing plans.
  • Lead and manage the brand A&P, ensuring optimized spending and returns.
  • Develop the annual marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in alignment with business direction.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of marketing experience within FMCG, Consumer Electronics, and/or similar industries.
  • Proficient in English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be advantageous).
  • Experienced in brand P&L management, agency management, and marketing plan preparation.
