Marketing Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading beauty brand in the Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the execution of offline marketing initiatives and brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and new opportunities.
  • Lead KOL and influencer marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with influencers and celebrities.
  • Oversee and mentor the KOL team, collaborating with sales to forecast ROI and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead a creative team to deliver engaging content across various platforms and manage content calendars for timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights for optimization, and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sector.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).
  • Proven leadership experience
