Marketing Manager

Job description

Our client is a well-known name in the Consumer Health and OTC industry and is seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead the promotion of their business, brand, and products. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing and pricing strategies and overseeing brand teams to ensure brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategizing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to optimize sales performance and brand awareness.
  • Managing marketing budgets to support marketing activities and monitoring campaign and team performance.
  • Monitoring market and consumer trends and analyzing competitor activity to identify new business and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product development initiatives and projects.
  • Leading the marketing, brand communication, and customer care teams to ensure achievement of the company's objectives.
  • Providing training, mentorship and support to team members to ensure team productvitiy and growth.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Food Science, or Dietician is mandatory.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing Management, Brand Management and New Product Development.
  • Experience in team leading and budgeting or P&L management.
  • Experience in Consumer Healthcare, Pharmacy, or OTC is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
