About Our Client

Our client is a European MNC, serving as one of the market leaders in manufacturing consumer products. As part of their expansion plan, they are looking for an experience Marketing Manager to join their team, leading the marketing strategy and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve leading a team of marketing specialists and consultants in supporting both the retail and project channels. You are also in charge of developing marketing penetration strategies and developing market touchpoints to increase brand awareness. Working closely with the product development, sales, and brand team, you'll also play a consultative role in aligning market strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

To be shortlisted for the role, you will need at least 5 years of marketing experience in the B2C industry. Experience in people management will be an added advantage as you are expected to lead a team in this role. Prior involvement in working with pigments and/or colours will be advantageous.
