Our client is a globally recognised luxury brand with a strong heritage and presence across international markets. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand, digital and experiential marketing initiatives, with a focus on strengthening customer engagement, driving online selling readiness, and delivering impactful new launch campaigns.
Job Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy and integrated communication plans, ensuring strong brand consistency and commercial impact across all channels.
- Identify and deeply understand distinct customer segments for each product portfolio, translating insights into targeted, effective marketing initiatives.
- Design and deliver differentiated, premium customer and guest experiences, both online and on-ground, to drive engagement, advocacy, and loyalty.
- Drive digital marketing and communication initiatives, including always-on campaigns, content activation, and readiness to support online sales and lead conversion.
- Oversee marketing resources, tools, and assets, ensuring optimal deployment, governance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Localise and activate global marketing strategies, translating overarching brand direction into relevant, market-specific campaigns and executions.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant.
- Comes with at least 6 - 8 years of experiential marketing experience, with prior experience in handling luxury brands an added advantage.
- Strong sense of professionalism, etiquette, and resourceful with fluency in English.
- Analytical, consumer-centric, and proven track record as a marketer.
