Marketing Admin

Job description

Our client is a global producer in the food and snacking industry looking for an Marketing Admin to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage all POs related to marketing activities and ensure accurate matching and processing of invoices.
  • Collaborate with media and design agencies, as well as other vendors, on all brand-related projects.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate the registration of new vendors.
  • Work closely with the internal brand team to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
