Job description


  • Plan and manage recruitment activities to meet recruitment target.
  • Recruitment on mid to senior levels for Technical hirings.
  • Provide HR management skills in driving innovation, fostering teamwork and encouraging proactive delivery product and of services within Resourcing team.


  • Solid knowledge and experience in core recruitment, with some exposure in Multi-National Company.
  • Combined experience of at least 8 years with a minimum of 3 years in handling senior hiring.
  • Ability to deal with circumstances that may be ambiguous/ unfamiliar.
  • Previous experience of working in a large start up operation is an advantage.
  • Very effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in working with different groups of people.
  • Strong networking skills and relationship building.
