Our Client

A leading financial institution is seeking a Manager, Change & Transformation to lead a team, manage business initiatives and achieve quality implementation. You will own and formalise Agile framework across the organisation by providing standards at programme and project levels.

About the Role

  • Lead a team to consolidate, verify and analyse key project details and manage all administrative functions within department
  • Track and analyse project resource demand and supply to achieve optimum level
  • Allocate and control project funding pool to ensure it is spent effectively to deliver maximum investment return
  • Monitor compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates via project audits
  • Participate in testing of system enhancements and changes with business and provide recommendations and constructive solutions for issues that arise
  • Prepare all project reporting required by internal and external stakeholders on periodic basis for management approval
  • Supply right level of information to management for decision making on project prioritisation and implementation, recommend any improvement required to mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Science or relevant discipline(s)
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in banking and financial services industry
  • Solid experience in people management with a proven track records in transformation
