Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the planning team, maintenance engineer, and storekeeper.
  • Interface with the planned maintenance execution team and the spare parts store.
  • The primary stakeholder is the planned maintenance execution team, considered the internal customer.
  • Work on the CMMS Conversion project.
  • Participate in the Maintenance Strategies Project.
  • Manage data for CMMS.

Requirements:

  • Preferably hold a technical degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or operations.
  • Affinity for planning and scheduling, with the ability to plan effectively.
  • Good knowledge and experience in maintenance planning, preparation, and scheduling.
  • Good knowledge and experience in supply and inventory management processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with CMMS and planning/scheduling software.
  • Proficient in reporting, data handling, and basic computer skills.
  • Understands workflow management processes and the gatekeeping principle, able to chair and facilitate gatekeeping meetings effectively.
  • Ability to work in a structured and disciplined manner, set clear priorities, and maintain agreements under pressure/stress, ensuring planned workflows are not disrupted by multiple breakdowns.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
