About Our Client

Our client is a forward-thinking consumer brand that leverages technology to create meaningful customer experiences. They are now seeking a Loyalty Program Specialist to take ownership of their loyalty program, ensuring it is engaging, user-friendly, and continuously evolving to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the loyalty program end-to-end, from strategy development to execution, ensuring it drives engagement and retention.
    • Analyze program performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance user experience.
    • Develop initiatives to make the program more attractive and rewarding, aligning with consumer behavior and market trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and tech to implement enhancements and new features.
    • Stay updated on loyalty best practices and digital innovations, applying insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

    • Comes with around 3 - 5 years of loyalty program, customer engagement, and/or CRM experience.
    • Proven ability to design and optimize loyalty programs, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Digitally savvy and familiar with customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Prior experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
