Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics budgeting, monitor KPIs, and lead cost optimization efforts
  
• Manage and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and export logistics operations, including 3PL partnerships
  
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams, promoting safety and accountability
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, planning, and quality departments
  
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and all relevant safety and regulatory standards (DG, HAZMAT, DOSH, DOE, IATA, IMDG)
  
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system data
  
• Drive continuous process improvements by updating SOPs and enhancing operational workflows
  
• Adapt to changing business needs and operational challenges with agility and problem-solving
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics operations, preferably in chemical or related sectors
  
• Strong expertise in safety regulations and compliance frameworks
  
• Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage
  
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  
• Skilled in budget management, performance tracking, and cost reduction strategies
  
• Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
  
• Passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
