Lead System Analyst (Java)

Responsibilities:

• Skilled in analyzing user requirements and translating them into comprehensive design documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Evaluate and analyze existing interactions and processes to identify potential downstream impacts, ensuring a thorough understanding of the system landscape.
• Create detailed technical documents for end-to-end solution design, providing accurate details and clearly indicating system dependencies for effective implementation.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and developers, leading application design sessions to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

• Experienced in driving technical/systems requirements lifecycle, from abstract product vision to detailed system requirements
• Preferred experience in Banking domain.
• Proficient in end to end solution design and technical documentation, preferably full stack with experience in React, Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Leadership and people management experience.
