Key Account Manager - Ecommerce

Job description

One of the global consumer goods player is seeking for an experience E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join their team to lead their regional ecommerce management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and lead the implementation of annual business plan for E-Commerce channels.
2. Liaise with ecommerce enablers to ensure smooth operations and product optimization.
3. Manage strong relationships with sales team and relevant stakeholders to maintain accounts.
4. Develop strategies and identify market opportunities to increase sales growth and profitability.
5. Collate and prepare monthly reports to present channel performance and market trends.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Ecommerce and/or Key Account Management within FMCG, retail, or similar industry. Prior regional experience will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Command of Mandarin will be an added advantage).
