About Our Client

Join a global player within the home appliances industry as their Key Account Manager for their e-commerce division, where you'll spearhead growth across leading e-commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow eCommerce accounts by building strong partnerships with platform stakeholders and driving joint business plans.
    • Develop and execute online strategies to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional activities for maximum visibility and conversion.
    • Analyze performance metrics and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform innovations to implement best practices and maintain a competitive edge in the eCommerce space.

Requirements

  • Comes with at least 6 - 8 years of experience managing e-commerce channels or related experience.
  • Proven track record in managing major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and/or Tiktok Shop.
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce platform or enabler would be advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and digitally savvy.
  • Prior experience within/handling home appliances, consumer electronics, or consumer goods will be an advantage.
