Key Account Manager

One of the growing players within the Consumer Goods market is seeking for a Key Account Manager to join their team as part of their expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Forge strong relationships with major accounts within assigned channel to drive sales growth and consistent brand alignment.
2. Conduct analysis of market trends and account needs to ensure and recommend more suitable products.
3. Lead discussions on contract negotiations to ensure alignment with pricing strategies, product offerings, and guidelines.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
5. Collaborate across functions such as trade marketing and product team to drive effective execution.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry. Experience handling petrol marts or convenience stores will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
