About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organization specializing in innovative solutions for asset remarketing. With a strong presence in Asia, they partner with leading corporations to deliver tailored services that drive efficiency and growth. They are now seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with major insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with business objectives.
    • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities using data-driven insights to optimize processes and deliver value-added solutions.
    • Prepare and present reports leveraging advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, to track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and building trust through transparency and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Comes with around 4 - 5 years of account management or client servicing. Experience within the services industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building capabilities. Fluency in Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel. Proficiency working with pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting will help you succeed in this role.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving to deliver excellent partnership to clients.
  • Has own transport and able to travel within Malaysia.
