Key Account Manager

Job description

Join a market leader in the beauty industry as a Key Account Manager, supporting their leading brands within cosmetics and fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee retail operations within the assigned brand accounts.
  • Oversee and ensure sales targets are met through go-to-market strategies, brand campaigns, and retail strategies through collaboration with marketing team.
  • Conduct market visits and analysis of competitor trends to identify opportunities to improve brand positioning and sales.
  • Maintain relationship with assigned accounts to align & manage P&L responsibilities, retail strategies, and inventory checks.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 3 - 4 years of key account management experience within the retail beauty or FMCG (personal care/beauty) space. (Experience managing Watsons/Guardian/similar will be an added advantage).
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English and strong sense of business acumen.
