Junior Marketing Manager

Job description

An international specialty compounds manufacturer is seeking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join their team, managing their consumer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand campaigns to drive brand visibility.
  • Manage trade activation for roadshows, exhibitions, and booths.
  • Develop brand plans and strategies to increase outreach to consumers.
  • Ensure brand alignment for both in-house and external campaigns.
  • Conduct market research on current trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing and event activation.
  • Fluent in both English and Malay (written & spoken).
  • Familiar with marketing analytics.
  • Open to travel for nationwide roadshows and events.
