Junior Accounts Executive / GL Reporting RTR Analyst - MNC/SSC

About our Client

Our Client is a Multi-National Company within its respective industries. Being a publicly listed MNC, they invest massive resources to train and develop their people from the ground with an excellent pathway for career progression. They are currently looking for multiple positions of GL Reporting Executive / RTR Record to Report Analyst / Junior Accountant accounts Executive



Responsibilities:

  • Application of accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate/timely financial reports & statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
  • Assist in periodic, monthly, quarterly and year end book closure
  • Preparation of journal entries and other general ledger operations
  • Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis
  • Performing daily support activities associated with the member firms
  • Following up on reconciliation open items and clearing them in General Ledgers
  • Work as a team to achieve Service Level Agreement for the process and individual targets; and work towards process improvement activities.
  • Focus on performance to meet expected levels in terms of daily quantity and quality standards of work.
  • Support identification and integration of any new technology like SAP, Blackline, etc. (including the enhancement of platforms for Collections, Finance & Accounting and Billing functions).
  • Liaising and collaborating with other members of the internal finance team and the Business

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 years of in any relevant accounting field - be it AP , AR , GL / Reporting
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.
  • Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
  • SAP knowledge will be great but not required
  • Ability to communicate well with excellent client management skills
