JSM Workflow Developer (Atlassian Jira)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom workflows and integrations within Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM).
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend optimal technical solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable workflow logic aligned with best practices and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest Atlassian technologies and best practices to drive process improvements.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow or integration issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, processes, and procedures for long-term support.

What are we looking for:

    • Hands-on experience in developing workflows and integrations for Atlassian products, especially Jira Service Management.
    • Strong proficiency in TypeScript; experience with Node.js and React is a PLUS
    • Skilled in working with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
    • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering quality solutions.
    • Experience with Atlassian Forge development is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
