IT Workday Specialist

Key requirements:

• Involved in deployment, testing, development, requirement gathering, functional and technical design
• Must have experience in configuration of Workday and other systems integration which includes build, quaity assurance to maintain HR systems to meet business requirements.
• Experience in Core HCM, Recruitment Absence, Compensation, Learning Prism is a plus
• Partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimize existing reports, create dashboars solutions

To qualify an individual must possess:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Workday Implementation preferably with an implementation partner
• Strong trait in people management and coordination including process on policies and documentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
