To be the first point of contact for technical issues with production.
To investigate, escalate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders until the matters are resolved.

The Requirement:

Prior experience with OPEN Systems or AS400
Knowledagle in SQL Scripting
Is able to accept 24x7 rotational shift
