Our Client is a well established IT solutions consulting firm with global presence. At this juncture, they are keen to expand the DevOps desk with an additional headcount for IT Agile & DevOps Consultant

In summary, this role will be focusing on designing target operating model to achieve intended benefits of Agile and DevOps. You are required to develop roadmap for planning and prioritizing onboarding applications onto the DevOps pipeline. In this role, you will also will be facilitating and conducting workshops to ensure application teams are onboarded onto the DevOps pipeline and adheres to a standard set of process and procedures aligned with the business. Last but not least, you will be developing training curriculum and training materials to build Agile & DevOps mindset and culture

To qualify an individual must possess:

• A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology
• More than 5 years of technical experience in IT Agile and DevOps technology initiatives
• Experienced and strong interest in IaaS and familiar with DevOps and CI/CD tools (SonarQube, GitHub, JIRA Jenkins etc)
• Good knowledge of IT Agile development practices including testing and continuous integration
• Understands Technology Target Operating Model for banks or financial services industry
• Experienced in latest emerging technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Mobility, Digital, Agile Scrum, TOGAF or ITIL certified
• Good spoken and written proficiency in English
