Investor Relations (Property & Construction)

About your company

This company is a market leader in the property and construction business based in Kuala Lumpur. Currently, they are looking to hire Investor Realations Manager to strengthen the relationships with the investors and stakeholders.

About your role

• You will play a critical role in shaping our investor communications and strategies.
• You will be responsible for managing our investor relations program, enhancing shareholder engagement, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our growth objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate our business strategy, financial performance, and market opportunities.
• Lead and manage corporate exercises and transactions, including rights issues, bonus issues, and bond fundraising, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

• A member of MIA and a qualified accountant.
• Proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or transactions, preferably within the property and constrcution sector.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
