Job Description :

  • Manage the Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration, perform Gifts & Hospitality (G&H) reconciliation and oversee Personal Account Dealing (PAD) declaration across organization.
  • Review COI and G&H declarations made by staff to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Support COI, G&H, and PAD process owners in creating and maintaining best practices, including providing advisory services on centralized processes such as declarations and risk assessments.
  • Assist COI, G&H, and PAD process owners with process and system maintenance activities, including training and process documentation.
  • Provide relevant system support and manage relationships with system vendors.

Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of experience in performing compliance operational activities e.g., COI declarations reviews, G&H reconciliation.
  • Experienced in using a COI and, G&H and PAD system.
  • Attitude to push the status quo and constantly improve on areas like operating procedures, ways of working etc
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate confidently with stakeholders across multiple geographies
