Currently on the lookout for a Human Resource Specialist (Executive), you will play an active roll in the full spectrum of human resources, namely across compensation & benefits, expatriates mobility, talent acquisition, industrial relations, learning & development, employee engagement and so on.

As a qualified Human Resource Specialist (Executive), the candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources; this position requires working experience
• Well versed in development and implementation of HR policies and processes
• Distinctive yet practical views on compensation structures, performance management and employee handling
• Experienced in HR metrics to derive valuable HR insights
• Highly resourceful and creative; thrives in highly demanding working environment
