Human Resources & Admin Manager

Our client are one of the World's leading brands with an established shared service centre in Malaysia. Based in Petaling Jaya, they are currently looking for a HR Manager to lead the human resources team of 2, ensuring smooth management of all personnel, recruitment and employee engagement matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting key stakeholders and line managers in the group, working in partnership to attract, onboard and retain the best talent
• Manage the company's policy and procedures handbook, and ensure adherence by all employees
• Oversight of compensation and benefits, conducting annual salary reviews and maintaining headcount budget
• Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure smooth running of office administration process, including facilities management

Key skills & experience:

• Experienced HR practitioner, ideally with any relevant degree
• 8+ years' experience within human resources, including a proven track record as a people manager
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, hands on and a positive attitude are essential
• Experience working in a large captive shared services centre would be an advantage
