Our client is a multinational IT solutions provider with new HR projects on global scale. They are hiring a HR System Administrator based in Malaysia now. The role will be working on deployment of Applicant Tracking System and enhancements on system updates as well as new releases.

A qualified HR System Administrator in this team should possess the following:

  • Prior exposure to HR systems especially design, configuration, structure, functions and processes preferred
  • Experienced in troubleshooting complex data issues to determine cause
  • Familiar with providing coaching/workshops to HR end users
  • Strong communication skills in English, able to work independently with global members
