Job description:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide professional, compassionate, and efficient support to employees and managers across multiple contact channels, ensuring a seamless and stellar customer experience.
Resolve and Escalate HR Requests: Analyze and triage service inquiries using provided resources, resolving issues directly or escalating appropriately, while collaborating with global HR teams.
Maintain Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure HR data is accurate and aligned with legal and organizational requirements, contributing to effective HR planning and operations.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify customer pain points, suggest enhancements to service processes, and contribute to the overall improvement of customer service quality.
Communicate Across Cultures: Utilize bilingual (English and Japanese) skills to communicate effectively with international HR colleagues and translate complex solutions for customers clearly and compassionately.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in both English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is needed; experience with systems like Workday and Zendesk (or similar HRIS and CRM tools) is highly preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage high volumes of inquiries across multiple communication channels while remaining accurate, empathetic, and professional.
Capable of analyzing information, following detailed instructions, using good judgment, and solving problems with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
