HR Services Analyst - Japanese Speaker

Massive expansion here and we are currently looking for highly motivated individuals that has Japanese Speaking Experience for my client who has multinational presence around the world. Clients that we are working with stems across various industries such as manufacturing, chemical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and services.
Job description:
  • Accountable for providing daily transactional and documentation in line with Service Level Agreements, HR policies, processes, and general HR inquiries.
  • Ensuring that documentation for daily operations is current and accurate.
  • Assisting in the transition of processes from internal clients to Shared Services.
  • Ensures actions are in compliance with Company policies and procedures and to local, state, and federal employment law.
  • Participate in automation and UAT Testing projects.
Requirements:
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
  • JLPT N3 and above
  • Open to fresh graduate
  • Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Good speaking skills and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
