HR Senior Manager

A leading manufacturing multinational corporation. With a multi billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire Senior Manager, Human Resource talents.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises a team of associates handling the "Order Fulfilment/ Order Management" process through phone, email, and e-commerce channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Act as a key contact for employees on HR policies, career development, and performance matter
  • Lead workforce planning and provide insights via HR dashboards and metric
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support high-quality hiring aligned with business grow
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and coaching program
  • Guide leaders on performance management and ACE process review
  • Identify talent gaps and implement learning and retention strategies
  • Provide coaching and support on organizational change initiatives
  • Champion OD and change management programs to enable transformation
  • Lead engagement programs, surveys, and focus groups to foster an inclusive culture
  • Analyze survey results and support action planning to improve employee experience
  • Oversee local C&B programs and manage payroll vendor relations
  • Support annual salary and bonus review processes with Total Rewards team
  • Ensure up-to-date HR policies and employee handbook
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and local Workday processess

Requirement

  • 10+ years of HR experience in a global/international environment
  • Strong generalist background with expertise in employee relations, OD, and talent management
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysia labor law
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday/ SAP Sucess Factor)
