Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment, including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and workplace concerns.
  • Implement HR policies and best practices.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Provide HR analytics for decision-making.
  • Handle daily HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and data analysis.
