Currently on the hunt for a competent Head, UX Researcher to lead development and planning of research projects, the incumbent will be in close collaboration with multiple business teams to identify enhancement opportunities and work on product development feautures.

A qualified Head, UX Researcher should comprise of the following skillsets/experience:-

  • Ability to provide continuous insight and research findings to shape the overall product roadmap
  • Pivot research projects and activities from scratch; execute findings and recommendations into actionable business goals
  • Actively curious on digital experience in particular
  • Combination of both qualitative and quantitative research background is preferred
