Head of Strategy (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

   • Lead the formulation and execution of long-term strategic plans.
   • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence.
   • Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with the company's mission and vision.

2. Performance Monitoring:

   • Set and track performance metrics for strategic initiatives.

   • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.

4. Risk Management:

   • Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and performance monitoring.
• Strong consulting background with a proven track record in strategy development and execution.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
