Head of Sales - FMCG

Job description

Our client is a household name within the FMCG industry, having a wide portfolio of food related brands under their name.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Regional MD, you will be responsible leading Malaysia's total sales performance.
  • Responsible for developing a country business plan & sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales across other regions to develop and execute a consistent strategic plan.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration between Sales and Marketing across the region.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with business partners, distributors, retailers and all relevant parties in the business.
  • Manage internal C-level stakeholders through regular meetings and presentation of country financials.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • At least 5-10 years of Senior Management within Southeast Asia's FMCG industry.
  • Past experience in P&L management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
