Head of Operations (Luxury)

Job description

Join one of the market leaders in the retail services space as the Head of Operations, leading their premium business. You will be responsible for total operations management, P&L management, and lead business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement annual business plan to grow business market share.
2. Review and identify areas for improvement in customer service quality based on customer feedback.
3. Lead people development initiatives and run regular training & evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
4. Manage total business P&L, working closely with finance team for approvals and optimization strategies.
5. Implement SOP for quality management to ensure brand maintains premium status for its brand and customer service quality.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
  • At least 7 - 8 years of experience in hospitality and/or retail luxury industry, with experience in a general management or executive leadership role.
  • Prior experience in pre-launch/pre-opening is an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of business acumen and leadership.
