Head of Operations

Our client is a globally established and rapidly growing manufacturer in the high-tech electronics industry.
They are currently seeking an experienced leader to oversee one of their key manufacturing sites in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-site operations

• Drive operational excellence through yield improvement and cost efficiency

• Manage a large-scale manufacturing team, including direct and indirect reports

• Oversee site-level P&L and drive profitability

• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across engineering, quality, and supply chain

• Ensure successful leadership transition and team continuity

• Represent the site in audits, customer visits, and strategic reviews

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least 10-15 years of leadership experience in high-volume electronics or semiconductor manufacturing

• Strong background in P&L management and hands-on operations oversight

• Mandarin language proficiency (read, write, speak) is essential

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

• OEM experience is a strong plus

• This role is not open to sponsor expats
